Students who have completed their online application to the Ministry of Education should submit the following supporting documents to the Department of Agriculture’s secretariat between 11:00 and 13:00<\/strong> by hand or by post in order to complete their registration at the Department of Agriculture by Wednesday, September 25, 2024<\/strong> to Postal Address:<\/p>\n

  1. Printed and signed the electronic registration application that you submitted to the Ministry of Education (signature at the bottom right of the document) a visa is not needed<\/strong> for the authenticity of the signature from KEP).<\/li>\n
  2. Printed and signed the attached registration application (protocol no. and register no. you do not fill in and you also do not need a visa<\/strong> for the authenticity of the signature from KEP).<\/li>\n
  3. You will fill in your details in the attached declaration which of course you will be able to issue through the gov.gr application where you will state: a) I am not enrolled in another School or Department of Higher Education in Greece. b) I consent to the management of my personal data by the Services of the International University of Greece ( no visa is needed<\/strong> for the authenticity of the signature from KEP).<\/li>\n
  4. One color photo (pass type)<\/li>\n
  5. A clear photocopy of a police ID or passport if it is a foreigner.<\/li>\n
  6. Birth certificate only for boys<\/strong> and you can also issue it through gov.gr<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    *If you send your registration documents by post, please fill in the word FRESHMAN STUDENT<\/strong> in the envelope before your information to make it easier for us.<\/p>\n

    After completing your registration from the department’s secretariat, they will be sent to you electronically to the email you have registered:<\/p>\n

    1. Certificate of studies.<\/li>\n
    2. Certificate of studies for military use that will be sent only to boys ( we remind you that you should submit it to KEP in order to get a postponement due to studies immediately<\/strong>).<\/li>\n
    3. Account activation slip.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The declaration of courses for the 1st<\/sup> semester<\/strong> will be made by the secretariat. For the following semesters, the declaration of courses will be the sole responsibility of the student.<\/p>\n

      The course schedule will be posted on the department’s website: https:\/\/agro.ihu.gr<\/p>\n
